Mental Health Open Mic

Mental health. Let's talk about it. Founder and director of Written Off Publishing, Rebecca Kenny, is hosting this month's virtual open mic on Zoom on the topic of mental health. 

We invite you to come along and find solace in this night, whether you're ready to delve into your darkest moments, share ditties about your recovery, or contemplate whether rotting in your bed for the last 6 days with the Sims 3 really is the cure for depression (it's not - we checked). 

We encourage people to share their honest, authentic, vulnerable work during these nights, so some pieces may be triggering.
