Trans and Nonbinary Open Mic

Trans and Nonbinary Poets, we want to hear from you.

This is an open mic held online via Zoom, specifically for trans and nonbinary performers to share their work. Allies are welcome to come and listen but the twelve performer slots up for grabs are available only to the community. If you identify as trans, genderqueer, genderfluid, agender, or as anything that isn’t cisgender then we invite you to attend. These slots will be available to be booked from 6pm on our website tomorrow and Zoom links will be sent out on the day.

This event is entirely free to attend but any monetary donations will go towards the nonbinary hosts of the evening (Caitlin Mckenna @caitisapoet and Alex Callaghan @poetry_ditties) for facilitating the event in the name of BKHQ.

We cannot wait to join you for a night of celebrating superb trans talent.
